Celebrating Grace!

Do you remember when God’s grace was a NEW IDEA – a New Concept to you?

I remember His peace settled in my bones, along with a hunger for His Word. I would thumb through the Bible pages for hours looking for Him to speak to me. I was in high school. That winter, the carols and worship songs took on a meaning beyond what I had ever understood. I was ecstatic!

Years later I was moved to be immersed. Now a college student, I found the Word to be a near-constant companion, but I had not made a public statement of obedience to follow Him.

Buried with Him in baptism and raised to walk in new life. – Romans 6:4

It was LIFE-CHANGING.

So I bring you It’s All Grace. Written after an in depth reading of Romans – especially Chapters 3-6. It seems fitting for the beginning of a new year. It’s energetic, but thoughtful. It starts with the Bridge as the introduction, so the congregation can come back to it at the middle and join in.

He calls to me with gentle words….
He quiets me with His great love…

Indeed, over the years, He has quieted me and calmed me with His goodness, His reassurance, His tender mercies…all the while cleansing my soul and fitting it for heaven.
