Only God gave the gift?

I’ve heard it said that we shouldn’t complain that Jesus is the only way to heaven. Rather, we should wonder that God, in His perfect holiness, sent Jesus and MADE a WAY! The Gift of Jesus takes a look at that with a Christmas flare…

I confess, I grew up loving three songs: It Came Upon a Midnight Clear, O Little Town of Bethlehem, and Silver Bells – especially the way the arrangement of Silver Bells had chords that just sounded like chimes on the Baldwin Acrosonic piano.

But I also was drawn to the deeper thoughts of ‘Midnight Clear pondering the weary world, resting beside the road, eventually rejoicing. And in ‘Bethlehem, the idea that “where meek souls will receive Him still, the dear Christ enters in…”

But today there are so MANY other competing worldviews.
So many messages intermingle human ideas with God’s truth and try to draw us away from Him.

The truth remains:
Our sins separates us from the One Who Created us
HE is the One who has made a way for us to return to His Holy Abode
The Way is Called Jesus.
The Truth is Jesus
Our New Life is only found in Jesus.

“No one is like Him, coming to save us – so very long ago- ” Indeed.
No other entity or ‘being’ – human or spirit – can or has made a way to free us from our human failings and flaws. Only God the Father who sent Jesus.

“No one else can give a GIFT
To FREE us from our sin”
